Starting with a fair appraisal, we then offer several options which include:
- A Commission Sale which results in all proceeds from sale (less the direct expenses) going to the owner. Our Commission is paid by the Buyers Premium that is charged over and above the actual bid.
- A Guaranteed Minimum Return, with an agreed upon split of the additional proceeds.
- A Cash Buy-out. We buy your machinery and take all the risk at the sale.
It is your decision as to which option best fits your needs. We approach every sale with an open mind, structuring it around the needs and requests of each individual company.
